Q -When are Dues to be paid?
A - Dues are payable every year: HOA Dues of $200.00 January 1st of each year and Sewer Assessment of $200.00 July 1st of each year.
Q- Do we need permits for construction or other property improvements?
A - Yes; plans for all exterior landscaping, repairs and remodeling (such as structures, sheds, painting, decks, fences, trees and bushes, roof replacement, etc.) to ensure compliance with all Covenants and Bylaws.
Q - Can we park on the street?
A - No overnight parking will be allowed on any of the paved streets within the subdivision. Parking off the paved surface will be allowed on the 12-foot easement.
